30 MINUTES INCLUDED MONTHLY
Small fixes, minor content updates, or troubleshooting included each month. Time resets at the beginning of each month and does not roll over. Additional time billed at standard hourly rate.

What happens if I need extra work beyond my plan?
Additional work is billed at my standard hourly rate of $130/hour (increased to $165/hour for same-day, after-hours, or weekend work). I’ll always provide a quote before starting any extra work.
Can I upgrade or downgrade plans?
Yes! You can switch between plans at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What if my site breaks after an update?
If an update causes issues, I’ll restore your site from the most recent backup to get you back online.
However, diagnosing and fixing the underlying problem (like plugin conflicts or theme incompatibilities) requires troubleshooting.
Essential Plan clients: troubleshooting is billed at my standard hourly rate.
Support Plan clients: up to 30 minutes of troubleshooting is included. More complex issues requiring additional time will be quoted separately.
Do you offer custom packages?
